| Help Wanted: Podcast Guy (must be able to work 5 days a week) |

I woke up this morning ready to enjoy some Cowboys analysis from all my favorite ticket hosts, but unfortunately the podcast guy decided not to do his job again. This used to be a once in a while issue and now it's turned into only getting new podcasts a few days a week.
Why does he torment me so? Does he not realize that I work during the day and still want to hear my favorite ticket hosts break down the Cowboys game on the way to work?
I really don't understand the issue here...don't they already cut up the top 10 clips every day for the ticket top 10 show? Can we not just simply post all 10 of those clips each night? Can one of the ticket interns seriously not spare the 10-15 minutes it would take to submit the clips to iTunes? Does management not care about the lost potential ad revenue from these podcasts?
Maybe I'm the only one that cares about this. Cuz I'm a pothole. |

Since I didn't get any replies, it's clear that either you don't realize the gravity of the situation or are so blinded by your rage and/or sorrow that you're unable to reply.
Therefore, I've decided to reply to this thread every time the current podcast guy doesn't do his job leaving us without our sweet gentle ticket podcasts for the day. No need to thank me, it's a labor of love.

They don't do The Ticket Top 10 and thus the podcasts when the Dallas Stars play. And it also seems that only when Chris House hosts The Ticket Top 10 are podcasts uploaded. I think Chris House is on vacation, which is why there's a different host (I forget her name) and no podcasts.
I do agree with you that they should upload podcasts every day, regardless if there's a Ticket Top 10 or a different host. I guess management looks at it as being a luxury they generously grant us (if they don't make any money on them) rather than the P1's rights. However, assuming how vocal P1s are and the number of e-mails they've probably sent and are sending, this might change some day. |

| is it me, or were there zero podcasts of the mon-fri shows for the entire week? call me spoiled, but i've been conditioned over the years for multiple podcasts every day. file this under "that's bullsh." |

We are in July, The start of Cowboy Season, and the greatest Podcast guy has left the ticket. Please email these guys and tell them we need somebody like Chris House who can hook us up with a podcast everyday.
The world would come to an end if the Ticket only aired once or twice a week, please dont make us poor podcasters suffer. Some of us are "on the road" and this is all we have.
If the podcast is important to you, like it is to me, please send in a few emails.
I am ok with the top 10 just being copied and aired, but we need somebody who can do it everyday for us.
TC does a good job with the B & D podcast, lets all chip in and see if we can get him on our side. |
