— Since signing his extension in 2016, he has nearly been a point-per-game player tallying 148 [62 goals, 86 assists] in 159 games.
— The production hasn’t led to playoff success, however. In both seasons since signing his extension the Stars have finished sixth in the stacked Central Division.
— Since signing the extension Benn has produced the 17th most points over the last two seasons and the 18th most goals. Teammate Tyler Seguin just edged him out in both categories finishing 14th in both [66 goals and 150 points].
— Has made the playoffs three of the last five seasons, once with Columbus, Pittsburgh and Colorado respectively.
— Has put 21 shots on goal in 234 career minutes in the playoffs.
