For the second time in 2013 Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo undergoes back surgery. In the spring Romo had a cyst removed from his back. This time it's reported to be a herniated disk that's been repaired.
Romo has gone on season-ending IR and Kyle Orton will start the do or die season finale against the Eagles. It'll be Orton's first start since 2011 in Kansas City.
