The ex-girlfriend of Cowboys running back Joseph Randle has gotten a restraining order against him. Randle arrested in Wichita, Kansas, Tuesday and cited for possession of marijuana. That charge was dropped on Friday, but police say they are still investigating accusations of domestic violence.
