The Texas Rangers will have to wait longer to get back right-hander Colby Lewis and second baseman Ian Kinsler. General Manager Jon Daniels says Colby has been pulled off his rehab assignment because of muscular soreness in his elbow. Kinsler has been out since May 18 with bruised ribs and hasn't taken part in baseball activities since. Right-hander Alexi Ogando is set to make a rehab start Friday at Double-A Frisco. He has been out with right biceps tendinitis.
