Day one of Cowboys training camp bringing about the bad news that Tyrone Crawford is lost for the year. Crawford suffering a torn left achilles tendon.
Now it's fellow defensive end Anthony Spencer who is down. Spencer suffering a bone bruise in his left knee during OTA's and the pain flared up again during the conditioning test to start camp. Spencer not able to take part in practice and there's some thought he might need minor surgery to clear things up. That could keep him out for a couple of weeks in the pre-season.
