The Rangers reportedly have interest in former Braves pitcher Brandon Beachy. He’s a free agent after Atlanta declined to extend him a contract. Beachy is a 28-year-old who has struck out a batter an inning over the course of his career. On the other hand, he’s a starter who’s only pitched over 100 innings once.
