Easton Royal, a blue-chip wide receiver in the Class of 2027, committed to Texas on Saturday.The 247Sports composite lists him as a five-star prospect, the No. 3 wide receiver in the class and the No. 12 overall player.He had numerous offers from Power 4 programs and chose the Longhorns over schools that included LSU, Ole Miss and Oregon.Royal was on hand Friday night to watch the No. 16 Longhorns come from behind to defeat No. 3 Texas A&M, 27-17.
