EXPERIENCE/

SKILLS:

Ideal candidates must have some radio experience either at the college or smaller market level. Large to major board operating experience a plus. Candidates must have a good understanding of all equipment in a radio control room including but not limited to: the broadcast console and related digital audio systems, call screening, Vox Pro, EAS Systems, broadcast delay, and any remote delivery equipment. They must have the ability to think quickly and make good decisions in a high pressure, fast paced environment. Must be able to get along with and work closely with other employees. Excellent communication skills are a must. Candidates must be reliable, responsible, and punctual and must be able to work weekends, weekend nights, and holidays if needed.

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsibilities include running the broadcast console in the radio control room with the purpose putting content on the air seamlessly, and ensuring all FCC requirements are met on a daily basis and ensuring that all commercial materials air as logged.
