Wyatt Johnston’s power-play goal guides Stars past Mammoth

Miro Heiskanen and Mikko Rantanen each had two assists as Dallas improved to 4-0-1 in its past five contests.Dallas improved to 4-1-0 all-time against Utah as Jake Oettinger made 27 saves to move to 11-4-2 on the season.Logan Cooley, Kevin Rooney and Jack McBain were the goal-scorers for the Mammoth, who dropped to 1-5-2 in their past eight on the road.John Marino had a pair of assists, and Vitek Vanecek stopped 24 shots.Dallas scored goals 1:02 apart in the middle period to erase a 2-1 deficit.Benn snapped a bouncing puck blocker-side past Vanecek to tie it at 8:16 of the period.The Stars took their first lead of the night at 9:18 as Robertson put home his own rebound for his team-leading 15th.Utah tied it 3-3 when McBain put in the rebound off Lawson Crouse’s shot at 16:14.
