Alyn Breed, a redshirt senior guard for North Carolina State, has been cleared for all basketball-related activities after recovering from a knee injury, head coach Will Wade said Wednesday.Wade is in his first season at NC State after two seasons at McNeese State, where his teams went 50-9 and made two NCAA Tournament appearances as champions of the Southland Conference.The 6-foot-4 Breed was part of Wade’s team at McNeese and scored 35 points in two games before the injury.He is one of two guards to follow Wade to NC State, joining 6-foot-6 Quadir Copeland. Both were ranked as four-star transfers by the 247Sports composite.
